Around 6.3 million foreign tourists visited Brazil in 2015 and 95.5% stated they wish to go back to the country, according to a survey by the Ministry of Tourism.
Also, 86.5% of the tourists claimed the trip to Brazil overcame their expectations. Brazilian hospitality, gastronomy, accommodation and restaurants were listed among the positive reasons in relation to the high approval levels achieved by the country.
Argentina was the country that sent the most tourists to Brazil in 2015, reaching 2 million, followed by the United States with 575,000 and Chile with 300,000.
