The Brazilian government just launched the “Traveler’s Health” guide, a website with useful health information created to assist tourists before and during their trips to Brazil and other destinations.
On the “Preparations for the trip” section, visitors will find general health tips, specific precautions for pregnant women and information concerning vaccination, the zika virus and malaria.
To assist tourists during their stay in Brazil, the website also brings some tips on how to protect from the sun, precautions with food and beverages, how to deal with insect bites and flu prevention.
The “Traveler’s Health” website is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Check out the English version at http://goo.gl/LVgLH2
